Our space is minimal. We have three machines: the SkiErg, Concept 2 Rowers, and Air Dyne bikes. We do everything from body weight training, to olympic lifting, to kettlebells.
Our small group sessions run no larger than 5 people to each trainer. All of our head trainers are fully Gym Jones certified. And all of our trainers are held to same standard or higher that that of our clients.
All new members must book an initial consultation session with one of our trainers to assess your current fitness level and that you can safely carry out our standard movements.
